We also keep a log of every transaction to deter abuse and to ensure the integrity of our system.

We never provide information collected on this site to any third parties, nor do we use it for any purpose other than those described below. Information collected on behalf of one nonprofit is never commingled with the lists from other organizations.

Inquiries
When you request information about an event, our system sends the requested information to you via email. If you provide your phone number, we may also contact you by phone. Your email address may be used to send further information to you regarding the event or organization about which you inquired. ­

Invitations
When you send an invitation through BenefitOffice.org, our system sends the invitation to the intended recipient. We do not add the recipient’s email address to any list for future mailings.

Orders
When you place an order or make a contribution through BenefitOffice.org, your information is collected through our secure server for the purposes of processing that order and acknowledging your contribution. This information is provided only to the recipient nonprofit organization.

Mass Mailings
In the course of managing fundraising events and projects for our clients, we sometimes send mailings on their behalf. If you received a mailing from us, it is because your email address was on the internal address list provided by our client, a personal outreach list provided by one of their supporters, or because you provided it through this website. Every mass email we send on behalf of a client organization provides for a simple method of opting out of any future mailings that we may send. Please note that we cannot directly update other mass mailings our nonprofit clients send, though we will provide them with the addresses of those people who wish to opt-out.
